In my "Random Acts of Acrylic Workshop", participants relearned to play and became more energetic by using spontaneous, random acrylic painting techniques. By focusing on process rather than outcome, participants felt safe and took risks which sent their projects in completely fresh directions. They told me this was very energizing and they indeed became truly prolific outside of the workshop.
